What is Online Micro Sellers Multipurpose Cooperative?

Online Micro Sellers Multipurpose Cooperative (OMSMPC) is a Philippine e-commerce cooperative that helps thousands of microsellers start and grow their online business. Its internal network of Ka-Seller communities and external partnerships with Lazada and the Cooperative sector enable its members to have a legitimate and stable access to Lazazda and allow access to relevant training and individual growth, ultimately leading to more socio-economic development opportunities.

OMSMPC operates a legal business with registration under the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), which can bridge the gap between unlicensed online sellers(micro sellers) to the eCommerce platform like Lazada. The COOP thus will be the one that issues sales invoices and other legal documents on behalf of the members.

How to be a member of OMSMPC?

Upon securing the said requirements, you must complete the following steps:
    Step 1: Attend Online Pre-Membership Education Seminar or PMES. Book your schedule here.
    Step 2: Fill out the Membership Application Form (MAF). Sent via email after attending PMES.
    Step 3: Pay the 100PHP initial Share Capital.
    Step 4: Receive your Membership Certificate and Member ID via email.

IMPORTANT:

• If you have multiple individual shops, you do not need to apply multiple times. Only need to complete the membership process once. But you need to register all your other shops to your main COOP member account through the Additional Shop Form.

• Microseller members also pay cooperative admin fees equivalent to one percent (1%) of the total weekly net revenues.
