TikTok Shop Malaysia Adjusts Penalty Policy for Delayed Delivery Rate

Jayson 21 Aug 2024 12:35

According to TikTok Shop Malaysia, the platform has adjusted the penalty policy related to delayed delivery rate (LDR) from September 2, 2024.

LDR refers to the percentage of all orders (within 7 days) that have not been updated to the "shipped" status before 23:59, calculated from the initial order date. To ensure a high-quality user experience, sellers should aim to keep LDR below 4%.

If sellers fail to meet this goal, they may face order volume restrictions and penalty points for violations.

Specifically: If the LDR is between 10% and 30%, sellers can only sell 90% of the average daily order volume; if the LDR is between 30% and 50%, sellers can only sell 70% of the average daily order volume; if the LDR exceeds 50%, sellers can only sell 50% of the average daily order volume.
