Shopee Malaysia will Update its Delivery Policy As Soon As the Same Day

According to Shopee Malaysia, two new policy standards will be implemented for local Preferred, Preferred+ and Shopee Mall sellers starting from June 17, 2024:
The Average Preparation Time (APT) criterion will be replaced by Fast Handover Rate (FHR) ≥ 60% for Preferred and Mall sellers and ≥ 70% for Preferred+ sellers
Platform Days to Ship (DTS) policy will be expanded to include Saturdays as assessment days
Fast Handover Rate (FHR) is the percentage of packages that were handed over to and scanned by a fulfillment provider within a specified time period (eligible for "fast") in the past 30 days.
Orders paid by buyer before 2:00pm* - Package must be delivered to logistics provider (scan) by 11:59pm on the same business day
Orders paid by buyers after 2:00pm* - Packages must be delivered to the logistics provider (scan) by 11:59pm the next business day
*2:00 PM is the cut-off time (COT) for determining which paid orders require packages to be shipped during the FHR.
