Many sellers have the question if the account has been banned and can I still receive the order and process them? In this article, we can help you find out the answer for this question. And tell you how to recover the account.
Your account may be limited if it has been detected to be involved in suspicious activities that violate our Terms of Service. This includes behaviour such as fake order creation, abuse of vouchers/promotions, scams, and more.
How it will show:
1.If your account is limited, you may see a pop-up message or encounter errors while logging in to your account or checking out an item that informs you about this.

If you still have a remaining balance from ShopeePay, you can still withdraw your balances through ShopeePay. Please ensure that your account is verified before you withdraw your funds.
How can I receive my order with my banned account:
If you still have pending paid orders, your order will still be delivered to the specified location. Likewise, if you have paid pending orders from banned sellers, you will still receive your orders.
For any refunded orders that have not yet been credited back to your account, kindly contact our Customer Service team and prepare the following:
